About Purrfect Feline Care

Purrfect Feline Care has been set up through a desire to help cats receive the care they need in a way that suits them as a solitary, territorial hunter and prey species. Our aim is to help their carers understand their nature. Cats are magicians at hiding illness and injury. Through education and providing care in their home where possible means we can reduce their fear, anxiety and stress. By working with your cat's veterinary practice, Purrfect Feline Care can provide veterinary nursing care in the home. 

We focus on using Fear Free and Cat Friendly handling techniques to help your cat feel as at ease as possible.

Education Talks

My name is Susie and I have over 10 years experience of working within veterinary practices and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2018. Whilst studying to become a veterinary nurse I also worked towards the ISFM Advanced Certificate in Feline Behaviour. 

After qualifying I then completed the ISFM Diploma in Feline Nursing and  in October 2023 became a Elite Fear Free Practitioner.

Reducing Fear, Anxiety and Stress for animals is a passion of mine along with feline care.

I am a volunteer and trustee for Shropshire Cat Rescue and this is where my passion really developed for cats and I strive to constantly learn about cats and love sharing the knowledge I have gained with fellow cat carers.

I have 5 cats Pippin, Gizzmo, Tyrian, Freddie and Daisy, all rescues who you will meet if you follow Purrfect Feline Care on social media and read our blogs.
