Purrfect Feline Care agrees to provide the services requested. Purrfect Feline Care does not offer services that would involve acts of veterinary surgery. For example, this includes diagnosis, prescription of medication and blood sampling.
Purrfect Feline Care follows the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and works within this legislation.
Sometimes due to the animal’s temperament and stress levels, we may not be able to achieve everything desired within the initial appointment. If this is the case, we will discuss it with you and from the initial phone call we may advise an extra appointment but will go through options and why it may be needed.
Purrfect Feline Care uses Cat Friendly Handling and Fear Free techniques to reduce the animal’s fear, anxiety and stress as much as possible.
The Client agrees to:
· Provide safe and reasonable access to the animal
· Ensure the animal is suitably restrained where necessary
· Inform Purrfect Feline Care of any known behavioural or safety concerns, so we can work together as a team to help your pet feel at ease.
· Fees will be agreed in advance or provided in a fee schedule
· Payment terms: ☐ Per visit ☐ Weekly ☐ Monthly
· Payment due within 7 days of invoice
· Late payments may incur additional charges
· At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations
· Late cancellations or missed appointments may be chargeable
Purrfect Feline Care will take all reasonable care during service provision but shall not be held liable for:
· Pre‑existing conditions
· Complications outside reasonable control
· Outcomes resulting from non‑compliance with instructions
Nothing in this agreement limits liability where prohibited by law.
